Central Preschool

A half-day preschool for children ages 2 and-a-half to four providing a loving environment in small class groups to foster each child's growth and learning.

Our objective is to provide your child with a loving and kind environment in which his/her fullest growth potential will be fostered.

What makes us unique

Founded in 1968, we have been providing high quality preschool in the Radford community for over 50 years.
Our class sizes are small, allowing us to reach each student individually and resulting in family atmosphere. Many friendships formed at Central Preschool continue throughout the school years.
We offer a loving Christian environment. Classes participate in a short devotion with the church pastor once a week.
Central Preschool is licensed by the Virginia Department of Social Services.

Current Classes

The preschool day begins at 8:45am and ends at 11:45am.

Two & a Half Year Olds

Two Day Class- Tues/Thurs

Three Year Olds

Two Day Class- Tues/Thurs
Three Day Class- Mon/Wed/Fri

Four Year Old

Three Day Class- Mon/Wed/Fri
Five Day Class- Monday thru Friday

The school year begins the day after Labor Day, and ends the Friday prior to Memorial Day. Central Preschool follows the Radford City Public School calendar throughout the school year for holidays and inclement weather closings.
Registration is held in April for fall classes. A birth certificate will be required on or before orientation in August. Classes may vary according to yearly enrollment needs. Toilet training is a prerequisite for all children enrolled.

Tuition

2 day classes: $95 monthly
3 day classes: $135 monthly
5 day classes: $200 monthly
